I ordered a double din fascia kit from them for my Outback on 30-03-2021 and it's not shipped yet. I've emailed them numerous times without a response. Are these guys dodgy? Should I be persuing a refund through PayPal? It's annoying because they're the only people who seem to supply the OEM double din dascia kot for a 2007 RHD Outback.
