Forester 2.5 08 XTen Help identifying replacement part

I took on the task of changing the rear shocks & springs.

When working on the right hand side I noticed a small link joint with a broken fixing - 

I’ve attached a few pictures, and hoped someone could tell me what this link is called so I can replace

Can buy oem or universal arms that you cut to length .
