2016 Outback eyesight camera replace

Hi all, my eyesight system has failed and the dealer is telling me I need a need a new camera. Apparently the left camera has dirt in it and the only course if action according to them is to replace it. 🤯 i would appreciate any input from you all if you had previous experience or an idea on what the cost to replace might be please. I am awaiting a quote from the dealer.
