Hello i have this strange problem.
The car was bought with this sound of the engine. The rollers, timing belt, water pump have been replaced. It is also started without the belt that drives the generator , the howling continues. Please if anyone has encountered this problem share where this howl comes.

I could not tell from that vid - it could be the AC pump, could be power steering? You could try unhooking each of the belts and see if the noise is still there?

I started the car without these belts , the sound is still there
