09 Subaru Outback 2ltr tdi no power to starter.

Featured Replies

Hello and happy new year.

I have just replaced the ignition starter switch after finding the old one goosed when the car would not start after replacing the turbo.

The ignition comes on as normal and when turning the key there is power going to the starter fuse. However there is no power going to the lead which attaches to the starter.

The car will start when wired directly from battery.

Are there any relays or other fuses i can check and if so where are they located?

I would very much appreciate any help   i can get.
