I've been looking for a few years, missed out on a White 04 gold rims a few months ago which production number wise should be more desirable. My 04 has never been modified with low miles. I paid 17.5k, most 04-05 with 100k miles seem to average around 14-15k. Personally I wouldn't pay more then 20k for a blobeye even with low miles, but the market may change as they become more desirable.
