DPF filter blocking

Hi everyone. This us my first post and I hope someone can help. I changed the DPF on my 2012 Outback as it was blocked. This was in September, I also changed the EGR valve in October. The new filter is now blocked. Also, the engine warning light is on along with the vehicle dynamics light and one of the brake warning lights. The hill start brake isn't working but the park brake is. The car still pulls like a train, isn't smoky and fuel consumption is okay. Any suggestions/cure. Thanks
