Have to reshell

Hi guys in need of bit help I'm reshelling my bug-eye due to some wrote it off plan is put my running gear IE engine box exhaust brakes in to new Shell how ever I want to use my ECU as it's been remapped but it will not start when I swapped ECU over any advice is helpful
