JonHearn Posted October 26, 2023 Posted October 26, 2023 Hi everyone. I have a 2016 Forester. The shoulders of both front tyres are wearing unevenly and I had a rumbling sound that became more/less prominent at gigher/lower speeds. I also noticed a clunk sound when turning the steering wheel. I have had both front wheel bearings, both front stabiliser link bars and both wishbones/suspension arms changed. The rumbling sound has gone and the clunk sound has lessened, but it is still there when turning the steering wheel. I have driven with the car on full lock and there's no clicking sound, so I am tempted to rule out CV joints. Does anyone please have any suggestions? I have only had the car 6 months and it's cost me 800 so far in repairs. Thanks in advance.
