Clutch pedal sticking on new clutch

Hi,

I've just had the clutch replaced on my 2015 xv diesel. A few times the clutch pedal has not come up after a gear change and have had to pop it back up with my toe. 

Most of the time it works okay, this just happens occasionally. Any ideas?

Unfortunately it was done in Granada in Spain while we were on holiday! 

Whole thing has been a nightmare. Second clutch in about 4000 miles. First one was an aftermarket one fitted by a local garage, which has gone back to manufacturer. Clutch failed again when we were on holiday. New clutch (OEM) fitted by subaru garage in Granada. Car shipped home. Now the pedal is sticking.
