I got 3 warning lights on the dash- engine light, electronic park brake and flashing cruse control and the code p0409 on the code reader (exhaust gas recirculation sensor A circuit ) So I have cleaned the egr valve and tried again but lights and code come back. EGR moves freely now and motor works when I apply power. Not sure what to look at next ? is there a sensor in the egr or ? Other codes that come up are P0401 (resurculation flow insufficient detected) & P0403 (Exhaust gas Resurculation control circuit) Also does anyone know which fuse the egr runs on ? SubaruStu Posted March 21 Author Share Posted March 21 Sorted it out 😀 I figured out the spring was broken so that is why it was not working.
