willbax
Unfortunately I’m having to sell my unmodified and super rare Subaru Impreza WRX GB270 Sports Wagon for £13,450. It is only 1 of 100 ever made and this is number 97, one of the last ones produced, shown on the plaque next to the quick-shift gear stick. It has a full leather interior (which I believe only 25 of the 100 had) as well as very low mileage and only 3 owners from new. Since purchasing the vehicle in July 2021 I have only put 4,150 miles on it. The vehicle only has nearly 62,000 miles on it, being 16 years old, averaging under 4,000 miles a year since new. The car doesn’t miss a beat and is a truly thrilling experience to drive. For the last year it has been dry stored in specialist car storage due to myself not getting enough use out of the car. Therefore the MOT has ran out, this will be renewed before sale as well as a service. Having spent well over 2 grand on it in my time of ownership, it has been very well looked after. It has had its main service done including cam-belt change, both rear shock absorbers have been replaced, it has been completely undersealed including inside the wheel arches, suspension has been restored and brake callipers have been fully repainted. This work can be seen in the photos. I have put together a history file of the work I have had done to it which will come with the car. The car has a part service history with only a few bits missing. The GB270 was made as a final special edition before they brought out the new style of the Impreza WRX. Making 300 of the saloons and only 100 of the sports wagons, they added a Prodrive performance pack including engine modifications (going from 227bhp to 266bhp), Prodrive exhaust system and Prodrive wheels as well as lowering the suspension, making it a whole lot more entertaining than the standard WRX. That being said, I think this car could potentially be a brilliant investment due to how rare they are.
