i have a 2004 sti type uk. it needs are re build for low compression. need advice particularly what is the type of piston it has and where to get them. any recommended garage?

need to get it to a specialist tbh, needs to be stripped down and assessed to see how bad the damage is to know if the blockj is salvagable, are the heds ok, what size pistons after machining etc etc
