My car has a flashing engine check light and weird power los

Good day everyone, my 2000 subaru impreza 20N os giving me a flashing engine check light and in hills won't pass 2500-2700 rpm until it levels out but even after levelong ou it would go to around 5k then slow down and creep until maybe a around 6k before finally reving out. Does this in park also. Any help?

Need to get it plugged in and find out what codes its kicking up, then go from there. i would try to avoid driving it till you get it looked at.

I did got MAF, O2 sensor but I'm still getting a issue where it seems have a electrical leak so I don't believe the car is properly grounded. The roof lights would work periodically, you'd press them one minute and they won't come on next they'd work tested my alternator and it's fine but when I press the accelerator the lights get brighter then dim when I release the accelerator. I've already located the sensors because of location new or used replacement parts are hard to get. Did cv axles and a front bearing recently but otherwise fine... just the electrical issue!!!😭😭😭

sounds like the light switch has actualy been wired to the accelerator haha
