I have to two subaru foresters one uk model 2001 s turbo and the other a 2002 import stb sti ,

i just got a penalty charge notice for driving in a ultra low emission zone in the jdm. 

It seems the uk car is compliant and import not.

 Any  advice please ?

I probably just end up paying the fine .

Has any other subaru owners had this issue with TFL money collection ?

Unfortunately just pay it.

 

Even if you attempt to challenge it they won't listen.

I had a Legacy 2005 JDM with the 2.0 twinscroll which I went through the process of proving that it was Ulez compliant due to the emissions being lower than what they state but no one actually read the emails or acknowledged the evidence I submitted. Went on for a year and I eventually sold the car on for a couple of weeks later for them to tell me that it is now compliant!
