EE20 EURO 4 TO EURO 5 SWAP

Hi all,

got a ee20 euro 5 engine in my subaru impreza hatch now (was euro 4).
We are now stuck with the dash on and no crank. The immobiliser light is solid on and it wont crank

Injectors are from the new engine and the turbo is from the old engine
 

Is this a ecu fault or are we missing something?

Did you swap the ecu? The imobiliser used to be linked with the ecu and the keys on the older models. so if the ecu was swapped the keys wont work the immobiliser. Could it be something like that?
