I'm rebuilding the callipers on my XT with some nice new shiny stainless steel pistons from Godspeed, and my question is about the guide pins - does the one with the rubber bit on the end go at the top or bottom of the bracket? Tokico 2 pot callipers at the front, single pot at the rear. I've tried Google and it seems to be a 50/50 split, along with using some very special grease on the pins.

I'd love to send them off, but it live in Germany and it gets driven daily. And anyway, I really like fixing brakes...

No I mean he's a top guy I'm sure he will help if he can with advice with you via PM I wouldn't want him to give to much info out to us brits side it's how he makes a living :D
