It could be a wiring fault. They could just be stuck, due to carbon or general grime. Or the sensor could be in the wrong position but no easy fix I'm sorry to say. Other then getting in there and checking. I don't know of any other way. :(

2nd Jays comment best thing to do but you can check the rest whilst in there, or the garage.

Few parts need removing, if it was the sensor I don't think it is. there is two, one side would be easy the turbo side is pure hell from what I have been told. I've not had to change one myself touch wood. Would I have a go myself not sure :)
