Bit of engine confusion

Hey everyone, I am a bit confused about engine codes and a couple of other things. My car is a 2000 year turbo 2000. From what I've read this was the uk name for the WRX GT. And from what I've read implies I have an EJ207 or EJ205 is that correct? And which one is it?

 

And also not sure about the years and differences between v5, v4, v3 etc. Have had a google but no clear answer to me.

Ej20 mate

V5 engine has the coil lack offset

V4 central

Early ones had individual coil packs
