Slightly erratic idle

Won't make any difference mate if I email it, it's a  .rar file makes the file smaller if you don't have it won't unpack so if you download english winrar from here

then just let that unpack it to say desktop should be good to go :) it's easy to do small file. Install it should pick up on it's own that it's a rar file click on it then should be a folder with some PDF Doc inside :D

  • I also had this problem. is the MAF sensor. carefully reading it wrong sends incorrect information to the ECU. you could have a rich or lean fuel mixture. in 10 years I have changed maf sensor 7

Just looking here, but if there's a VVT (variable valve timer) then this is usually the cause of a rough idle. If a VVT goes faulty (solenoid deteriorates) then it will not show up on a code reader. However, if you take it off and clean it thoroughly you may find the idle will be smoother. If you leave a rough idle too long and a VVT is the problem then eventually it will destroy your front lambda sensor and this will put the EML on.
