RosieFreak
Seeing as the weather was actually quite nice tonight I decided to sting the plans and work a wee bit on the car, this included removing all the rust and paint from the Battery clamp and preparing it for a fresh paint (my car didn't come with one so bought one second hand), fitting new bulbs in sidelights and headlights, trying to resolve the finger sized gap in the passenger side bumper, removing the fog lights and fitting the new covers. It doesn't seem to much but with no experience on working Subaru's what so ever it was good fun and quite interesting!! The front bumper support has completely rusted through so another part needing replaced and wait till you see the corrosion on the fog lights!! There has been some interesting wiring done on the passenger side headlight which was fun :D Getting the music on :) Rust through the bumper support bar, might need to replace now!! One very dirty headlamp :/ Getting to grips with the bumper :) Drivers side fog light, salt loves metal :P Passenger side, may of been my fault its smashed, love the snow :) Temporary solution New fog light covers added, they will be getting painted when I get the time. Hopefully soon :) Have to say I really enjoyed working on the car and getting my hands dirty, cant wait for the next dry day :)
Jay762
Best way to get your car sorted and really understand how it goes together - bit by bit, time well spent by the look of it :)
