Wanted Restrictor Pill - '99 turbo classic

Been told I haven't got a pill in my pipe,so I think I need a 1.2mm one for a 99 uk turbo.Cant find any on eBay,does anyone have one?Or is it a Subaru dealer item?Dont want to use welding rods! Cheers

Well it was £3+vat from my dealer,so still cheap.
