Hi all, I recently took ownership of a 2005 jdm wrx. I bought a cheap second had mid section for a new age but it doesn't fit. I have a couple of questions, sorry if they've been asked before. Do I need a classic mid section? For the downpipe will it be twin scroll and would that have to be for a classic aswel?

I am looking for some genuine fog light covers, but they seem hard to come by and priced pretty high for what they are. has anyone used these? Sweet cheers bud. I think I will have to do the string though, not sure of the arches are rolled or not yet. I have other little bits that I want to alter so if I measure soon as then order them, by time I've done with the other little bits the spacers should be there good to go on 👍🏻

Wasn't sure if anyone had put them on standard wheels on a wagon. I asked on a Facebook group and some people were saying 25mm all round. Some said 20 and 1 said 20 rear 5 front I think... Oh yeah deffo have to be hub centric. I just didn't want to wait to measure. I was planning on getting some so day one I can get a few little jobs done to tidy the looks up a tad

Remove if its been asked before, I did try search but didn't find anything. So I have a Blob wagon, running stock wheels. I like the looks of them for now, but plan on winding down the coilovers shortly. I just want to know if any of you guys know what size spacers I need to get that flush fitment. I was looking at the pictures I have and the wheels are WAAAY inside the arches and look terrible.

That's probably where I got the forged internals from them. I'll just take it as a standard uk spec wrx then. Cheers lads 👍🏻

Thanks mate. I've just had a quick look in scoobynet about the avcs. Luckily enough some dude asked about jdm, bugeye onwards supposedly. Where would be a Good place to look to try and find out the main differences? So I know for sure what's what

Hey guys. Just wondering because I can't really find any information anywhere really or not any more. What are the main differences between a JDM and a UKDM from a mechanical point of view? I read somewhere that the JDM has forged internals?

This is exactly it. Never knew it was a thing though like you are literally paying more than double the price for a different logo.

So I'm needing a new steering wheel for an '05 wrx. A wrx wheel is like £80, literally the same wheel but from an sti so it has sti instead of the subaru logo £180?! Like is this, is this a thing? Surely people wouldn't pay all that for a different airbag 😂😂

I most likely will do as the first thing pretty much just so I know that its safe and nothing is gunna massively wrong

Would the fuel be that much different? I would be wanting it mapped anyway so I know what sort of power it has and find out anything that has been done that isn't apparent. I'll check out that site, cheers. Breakers seem harder and harder to come by nowadays

Went on auction this morning so just waiting on shipping now. I dont even know where to start mod wise, it needs a new steering wheel though and the dash is slightly bubbled. Where would be a good place to get replacement parts? I very nearly did get a hawk, it did look nice but every time I saw a blobeye I re thought the whole thing. Blobs are definitely the nicest looking front I think.

Hi, just purchased this so thought I would pop in and say hello. Been trying to find a decent white one for about 2 months now and this morning at 0530 I got an email saying this had just shown up. Should be picking it up around April. Just in time for the long summer nights.
