  2. Haha do you go through many horns then ? ;)
  3. :( Shame it's made this turn but at least it was tried a new corner which is a positive. And you may have seen here mixed reviews for the clinic from members too. Tidgy and Brocky both use them that I know so it's the same here, :( So i won't and don't want to start a debate about that. But as said if we can help mate we're here. And more than welcome to as I said come with us and have banners :)
  4. 7.30 but will hang fire there for awhile for stragglers but as said I can PM my number if you wish so we can get updates if people are trying to make that and get left behind. Don't panic everyone it's all in control. unless I !Removed! on them then you're going to look bad at the gates ;)
  5. Shell Garage And Spar Directions ££ make sure you have lots of money · Petrol Station Address: Bolingbroke Road, Louth LN11 0WA Phone:01902 369875 And if you need I'll give you my mob number to arrange anything else. Unfortunately in true S.O.C style we've had some problems lol not our fault I'd like to add but does seem to follow on some events :D But I'll have all the tickets tomorrow.Guaranteed by 1 clock safe this way then a few missing postman. If you can't meet us at shell then I'll arrange to meet you at the gates.
  6. On our club stand you would need to keep an eye on the events see if you can make the event. Previously it's been a case of add a name till we got the minimum amount, then followed by payment forms. But I think this needs to change to pay up to sign up. So all being well we will have forms up on each event in the 1st post for people to pay straight up. I hoping this way we avoid any disappointment in future events all being well. But other than Modified live all is still available to join at this point.
  7. :( oh that bad I did hold hope under new owners it would take off never good to see any club to fold :( But as I said offer is there if we can help in anyway. :)
  8. In a completely biased view this one :D But I like to think we're not like most clubs with rivalry so happy to get along with many. SIOC seem to do very well with club stands but it's Imprezas only we try to get as many other models too. But you might have local clubs too. But we welcome all local clubs to join us if they can't get numbers. helps everyone that way. And in my eyes and as you said like minded people I don't get this whole club rivalry thing. :D
  9. Opps sorry meant to post a link for our events. But Japfest 2 might be on the cars not sorted it out yet if we have enough interest. http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/forum/40-car-shows/
  10. Club stand lets you go in on the event so people in peasants parking as I call it ;) can walk around you become part of the event and meet Club members one of the best ways to meet up if you're part of any club really. Peasant parkers will come round look at your cars too. But it's better if that make sense :) you don't have to que to get in other than if you time it wrong you and about 1000 other cars all getting to the club stand makes tail backs to get on the stand, but you end up driving past everyone to get in which is pretty cool in a big myself up way :D But for me meeting new members from all clubs but more this one is the best part for me. :)
  11. Sure mate bring your club flag and what not. be marked as S.O.C stand but more than happy to share stand and let you guys fly your own flags. :) Lets share the scooby love :D
  12. I use Microfiber cloths to be fair but wash leathers are good too.
  13. Hello mate welcome to S.O.C Please feel free to jump in on the threads great friendly bunch on here. So any questions ask away. but I'd make another post :) Also might have read this already but worth a quick read of all the posts. http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/1619-help-check-guide-buying-1st-subaru/
  14. Sounds like maf or idle control valve. But could be a few thing's. But sounds very much like maf. When the mafs unplugged it puts it into limp mode. So I'd stay off boost. The idea is so you can get to the garage. [emoji20] As you said limp mode. Yes a map can remove the maf for you [emoji106] And for me cleaning the maf has never worked you could try it but i've read it's so sensitive. Like a fat woman about her weight in KFC ordering a family bucket by herself It can do more harm than good. But if its gone for sure then no harm trying it I guess lol. [emoji6]
  15. Sorry mate if I knew anyway it could be done I'd gladly help you. [emoji20]
  16. Haha yeah japfest is castle combe. Japfest 2 later in the year is DoningtonPark japshows santa pod. I'll make a post up actually just want to see if we have interest in japfest 2.
  17. Yeah Club stands have gone for Castle Combes mate. Only way to go now is if a club has any members drop out that will be selling ticket or two. But all the best mate I'd ask around on Scoobynet might be able to join somones club stand :)
  18. can tail !Removed! with us lot for NBO if you want dave not sure if you have planned anything though. :)
  19. Roger that Dean :) Yeah what I thought didn't want anyone missing the postman to sign for them. I'll make sure I'm about all day so I don't miss the postman. Might take the opportunity to remove the rear wheel spacers so then I will have to be outside :D Don't want to have to move them but put bigger profile tyres on now scraps the arch on one side :(
  20. I'd say it's paranoir weathers on the change but it's still cold in the mornings. I've always had it make more noise in the colder mornings. But that being said you know the car better than me I think for the work you have done already a rebuild would be good. But then you can't beat new toy's. Then again look at Alex bought that hatch 43k on the clock done 3k miles since buying it cambelts gone dead engine :( so I'd swing more for the rebuild again least you know the car then :D and cheaper :D
  21. Right update the genius ticket office only manged to get the tickets to Steve yesterday. And they're being sent out signed for so decided to have all of them sent directly to me. So I can make sure I'm about to sign for them. I'll give them out at shell but anyone who's not meeting up we will arrange another way. Or I'll meet you at the gate have to let me know. Unbelievable though how the club organisers have dealt with the tickets. Possibly worst I've seen from everything really pricing/wording paying for tickets to them sending them out lol. Hope the weather's good now lol.
  22. Ohhh good one [emoji106] butt.. butt oh ok I think everyone got the idea [emoji28]
