  1. Electronic. I've been told that what it's reading is about right.
  2. https://www.dropbox.com/s/d4g0asl7ncq01yw/Video%2002-05-2014%2023%2035%2039.mov That's what's happening whilst driving.
  3. Finally got the boost gauge actually moving somewhat properly on hose 11. Question is, what psi is it supposed to read at idle, normal driving, first and secondary turbos? I currently have 20psi vacuum on idle, hitting about 10psi boost on primary, then drops to about 5psi boost in the VOD, I have yet to see it on the secondary turbo. When moving and the foot comes off the pedal it drops right back down to 20psi vacuum. Pretty sure 20psi vacuum isn't right but the primary and VOD look about right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  4. As with anything, practice makes perfect. There is a certain process to get the finish right without any folds in the finish where the sheet got loose. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  5. I do like that a lot. Might look at doing something similar for mine at a later date. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  6. Yeah... it wasnt big enough. The skyline one was 95mm between holes, the subaru one needs 105mm. Not all bad news. Got one that will fit now and also looking at getting a load of simply designed adapters made up. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  7. Are the holes on the circular face threaded and did it come with gaskets? Reckon i might just buy it anyway lol Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  8. Got a link? Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  9. Basically as above. I need an adapter plate or fitting kit for putting my Blitz into the BH5 intercooler. The BOV currently has a 31mm plate bolted to it so that can be taken off and bolted directly to the adapter plate. If there isnt anything available does someone have the dimensions of the plate that bolts to the intercooler and i can try and get an adapter made up. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  10. Thats just a possibility of what it could be. A lot of people on here do their own repairs and servicing so its helpful to know a few bits to rule them out. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  11. Change spark plugs, change the HT leads and maybe the distributor cap. Usually hesitation around the midrange can be attributed to electrics. Also make sure all your grounding points are in good contact with the body. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  12. Umm... possibly not the best place to post that in my thread. But anyway, is yours a twin turbo? It could be the notorious valley of death which is the point when the second turbo is spooling up to take over from the first. Im sure if you search you will find the answer. 13. Ok, not sure what is happening at the moment with Madfish's, so could the collective please advise me with these adverts; http://www.ebay.co.u...f84aed#viTabs_0 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1998-SUBARU-LEGACY-GTB-BH5-TWIN-TURBO-Auto-with-LPG-/251427028670?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item3a8a37febe http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUBARU-LEGACY-GT-2-0-TWIN-TURBO-AUTO-ESTATE-BLACK-/331102643074?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item4d17416382 This one confuses me a bit, what does the VDC bit mean and how is it different to any of the other GTBs that are around? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Subaru-Legacy-GT-VDC-4WD-2-0i-Auto-/380805336593?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item58a9c44e11 Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  14. Thats the yellow one i spotted. Yeah, not a fan to be honest. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  15. Bump, still looking with a £4k budget tops. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  16. I reckon there are some decent CCD ones with guidelines around for much cheaper lol. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  17. Spent hours searching and i just dont seem to be getting any closer. I need a reversing camera, preferably one on a numberplate mount. It needs to be CCD, have guidelines on screen and compatible with something like the Pioneer AVH-X8500BT head unit. Anyone know of these things?
  18. i know it sounds silly but the GTB has power windows all round and window locking right? Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  19. Thats what i noticed. The deposit that is. Its advertised as 2.0 gt. Is that just a typo then? Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  20. I prefer the looks of the third gen to be honest and the missus wants something a bit newer so the third gen is ideal. Im just not too clued up on what revisions are what. So basically, im after a 3rd gen 1998 onwards, i would prefer the newer ones but for the right price/spec i will take an earlier one. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  21. So do i. There's a couple of them on ebay. There's a black one with reversing camera that we are intrigued in but its a bit far to go and view it seeing as its in Coventry and we're in Romford, Essex. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
  22. Couldnt find a cars wanted thread so please excuse me if this is in the wrong place. I'm after a Legacy GTB, manual or semi auto, less than 100k miles, year 2000 or later but will go for an earlier model for the right specs. (Got to be facelift model) I would prefer rev C or D but again, will accept earlier for the right spec. Budget of around £3.5k. Please either reply on here with specs, pictures, price and location or PM me. Thanks.
