  2. Washed and waxed mine on Saturday :) What looks like !Removed! pterodactyl shat on it today! Good job I keep a bottle of pterodactyl **** remover in the car! ie this. On a different note, I'm planning to paint my calipers. Was thinking of going for black, nothing too in your face then. Was wondering what you guys think of these?
  3. oh sweet mate, where you having the work done?
  4. I think whiteline do a range of different size bushes mate. I looked at getting some replacement d bushes, but there was like 5 different sizes to choose from. lol didnt know where to start lol. lol sorry if that doesnt make sense, im having a LAN n im half cut...
  5. Happy birthday bud :)
  6. Yes I have cloth seats mate, :( I've been quoted 200 for a seat of leathers and doors cards from a beaker. I'm considering it, however, I'm not sure if I really need leather seats or not lol. And the missus is out of work atm, so I can't really justify spending 200 on something I dont really need lol.
  7. yeah a mix of SOC, uklegacy and ukfozzies would be pretty ace. Give us a nice even spread of scoobies gambit, fancy asking the nbo organisers if we can camp on that field the night before? Probably not a chance, but worth an ask lol.
  8. I've got a KnN filter. Seems pretty spot on :)
  9. Tenner per car bud. :)
  10. Looks great bud! Ive just sent an email to an ebay seller enquiring about leather seats.
  11. Keep your 500 quid mate. Doesnt seem worth it to me.
  12. Had a right panic this afternoon. Tried to start to start the car n it wouldnt turn over... tried it again n it managed to start ok.
  13. I want a 3.0 :( My scooby received a compliment today, bmw driver said its really smooth n comfortable... :)
  14. Well I'll definitely turn up. Would have to go for a weekend though, I'm far too busy through the week/evenings :(
  15. those two are spot on mate, i go well out of my way to visit those guys. Been there three times now and i wouldnt go anywhere else.
  16. Spent the day looking at car parts hahah. I'm making Chicken Fajitas tonight :) nom nom nom Shame I Have no alcohol :(
  17. ah thanks MR B. I looked at strut brace and new sway bars, but i aint got enough cash for those. :( I've got it booked back in with Revolution in a few weeks time to get the whiteline camber bushes for the rear, the front "freed off" and another camber adjustment. But now I'm thinking it would make sense to have them fit new drop links at the same time? As they are working in that area anywhere. As the anti roll bar droplinks require replacing, would this affect the camber? The mot certificate says "anti roll bar has slight play in a ball joint" if that helps lol. thanks again :) edit, just looked on Importcarparts n found the parts i need. http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts_info.asp?id=10467&cat=96⊂=501&sec=2465&var=38&dc=0&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart= http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts_info.asp?id=2220&cat=96⊂=501&sec=2465&var=38&dc=0&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart= Would those drop links be good enough? Not "Chinese knock offs" as my mate said lol.
  18. I'm in county Durham mate, but dont mind traveling. :)
  19. hopefully we will get a few from Uklegacy tagging along. I'm definitely camping, so if anyone wants to join thats cool. :) I'll also have my little camping stove for burgers/sausages/bacon etc etc, :)
  20. ooh, looks at anti roll bars... tbh, i was looking at a strut braces, but then i thought it was a bit much.
  21. ah thanks bud, what does lol cant help but feel like i need to buy the more expensive ones, because they are more expensive and says "extra heavy duty" - therefore i assume they will be better lol. Damn this car hobby
  22. np mate, I had them delivered and took them to a local tyre fitters asked them to fit and balance them for me.
  23. ah i see.... you mean like these? http://www.whiteline.com.au/product_detail4.php?part_number=W23180
  24. same size as the tyres on my legacy. I guess it depends what you are looking for, If you want some winters (i'd guess not as winter is nearly over) I have a set of these and they are fantastic. http://www.tyreleader.co.uk/car-tyres/nokian/wra3/215-45-r17-91v-400218 As for summer tyres, I'm gonna get me some of these (when the weather warms up). http://www.tyreleader.co.uk/car-tyres/hankook/ventus-prime2-k115/215-45-zr17-91w-65815 Or these http://www.tyreleader.co.uk/car-tyres/goodyear/eagle-f1-asymmetric-2/215-45-r17-91y-66226 But I guess you could go for anything really, although I'd certainly go for a decent brand. hope this helps :)
