  1. Yeah they will lower the cost as im supplying materials.. Is there an online guide somewhere on recomended oil,s and quantities ?
  2. Gone for the cossie filter and HKS oil filter. So i have booked the car into a subaru garage in slipend hertfordshire, but they also do citroen and seem to be more citroen themed. My car has been there before for a minor service before i had it. Here is my worry, im having a 60,000 major service they do compression tests the lot... There chamging every single fluid now do you think i should provide my own oils? Im just slightly worried they get there stuff in bulk and use the same gearbox oil the same diff oil etc is all the cars they service including the shitroen's they do. Im providing my own filters should i provide my own oil's ? Then there is the question where can i get info on oil's and quantities ?
  3. Im not keen on induction kits always feel they draw in hot air. Will check out the cosworth filter

  6. Got the car booked into a subaru garage on wednesday, the guy actually mentioned the belt might be slipping hopefully it is.
  7. I can take it to any garage, but i would like to diagnose the problem first.
  8. Ok guys little update, its started happening randomly now not just on first start up, also only happens when the steering wheel is turned right. I got the misses to turn the wheel so i can have alook, it actually done it and i saw what happened the power steering pulley actually jammed up well i think its the ps pulley one on the top left. So what you think new pump needed or maybe just bearings gone in the pulley ? Or could the belt be slightly too tight? Car is under warranty so i can get it sorted easy enough. Lee
  9. Yes i have DCCD its left in Auto. I need to get it on the ramps ill check drop links.
  10. Hi guys need some help. Just recently id say about the last 2 weeks, when first puting the car into full lock in the mornings to get out of the car space the power steering is reall stiff and there is a loud clunking noise and you can feel it through the steering wheel too. Once its happend once it dont seem to happen again, and even if you park the car up for a few hours and drive it again it dont happen, it just seems to be the first time you drive it not sure if its the weather getting colder or what. Really want to get it sorted asap if its something thats going to cause more damage, car is a 05 plate STI. Cheers Lee
