Well I didn't let the car get below half a tank , never do when I'm away but , it was around 160 to 170 miles for half a tank ,that's a straight run though ,and it was of mixed driving ,some cursing ,some havin it ,lol etc ..

Hi all just thought I would do a little write up , on how happy I am with my subaru and what a car they are Well I have been away for a few days to my mums in ,ystalyfera ,South Wales , I drove of course lol from northampton 189 miles or so , Well we left in the evening had 3 kids in the back the missus navigating lol boot full of buggies and ,spades and buckets etc full tank of vpower lol basically a fully laden car. Won't go into the motorway section of driving but did have to show a few bmws who's boss well got to be done , I recommend the m50 a40 way into South Wales loverly clear and scenic roads , Well anyway I'm so impressed with the car chugging around the black mountains fully laden had no trouble over taking or handling just amazing keeping up with the motorbike which were everywhere lol I mean some of the hills were quite steep and the car just pulled and pulled Had a few solo drives up the 4069 my god amazing ,,glad I got the exhaust on that ,, turbo whistle and burble ( if anyone does not know the top gear road) that goes up into the mountains just delighted even though my boost was all over the place wanted to take more photos but didn't think at the time lol but the missus wanted the storage for the kids lol lol I think I'm in love now I'm offically a subaru man now . Cannot wait till I go next year with the vf35 and map lol

Ok guys big problem just fitted my prosport boost gauge and I have overboost up to the highest was 1.2 bar and it pulsates between 0.7 and 1 bar , I know I have a decat but I think this is the problem carried on from above , should I just run actuator pressure until I get a remap the spring rate is 0,5 bar rite???

I thought of a good one for a top mount intercooler sprayer This is only if you use water in your wiper washer lol Disconnect the passenger washer an connect a piece of hose with a washer sprayer on it and thread it through the rubber housing under the scoop and check the angle of spray secure with ties or whatever lol , One sti tmic water cooler sprayer you could even have 2 sprayers this could be done with what most people have laying about in tere shed etc ,,,,and this would improve performance if you were sitting in traffic for ages ,and getting heat soak ...

It should have a certificate in the document s with matching vin i assume ,and it should have a special edition spoiler on it ,someone else on here will know more ..........sorry I'm on about a pro drive one

I think sti have updated diff,s prop shafts ,forged internals bigger tmic, better turbo ,and more I think they recommend not taking a wrx over 330 bhp But a sti will take 500 bhp For reliability reasons ,me thinks safely

Since fitting my decat down pipe and full stainless steel exhaust I have notice that on idle after a minute or so I get white smoke that smells of oil,coming from my exhaust ,only when up to temp and only on idle , I have looked into this And it seems as though my turbo has blown a seal due to lack of back pressure ,I will be double checking this or my turbo is just dieing I'm confused as this seems common on turbo cars with decatt could this be and O2 sensor ?? I don't know It's not loosing water or oil and no mayo lol I was wondering if it could be the pcv valve ? Oh and car drives fine ???

Yeah but jdm sti,s have the uk wrx spoiler ...?...... Meant why do jdm sti,s have a wrx spoiler ? And spoke to,a guy at japshow with. A jdm import sti bugeye which had a scoop on the front that was standard but was bigger than uk spec and us spec because it had 2 water jets?
