I need to phone the insurers to chase up the replacement tow-bar. They had a £700 quote from some company and i`m not letting it slide. But i`ll have a word about the charge.

I would have thought that seeing as I was not at all at fault then the liability for everything is on the other party. Why am I having to pay anything at all to anyone? I`ll be phoning the insurance company tomorrow.

Nope. I claimed through my ins company and the liability was all the other drivers, I had the dashcam to prove it which I didn't even need.

Some of you will remember last September I was hit from behind by a young lad in a Cmax. I`ve now been awarded £2`500. All well and good....but the claims management company who were acting on behalf of me via my insurance company are taking 25% of that. No idea if this is correct but it seems to me that the other party`s insurance should cover their fee. Or am I wrong? Cheers

Yes....i`ve beta tested several operating systems for MS and I have to say 10 is a pointless load of sh!te! More like windows 98, no wonder they gave it away.

They are really really very handy guys, if you don`t have one go and get one installed! Yesterday I nipped in to TESCO to get some flowers for my mother, seeing as we`ve not been for a few weeks. I parked in a bay and opposite me was a blue Peugot. (So I was parked face to face with the Peugot and about 18 inches from it.) 10 minutes later I head back to the car where this plump bird says, "Is this your car?"......"Yes"......"You must have ran into mine when you parked up and there`s a lump missing from my bumper and i`ve got loads of witnesses who saw your car right up against mine so don`t deny it" I looked at the tiniest what looks to me like a stone chip out of her bumper, you had to really get close to see it. Now there`s absolutely no way I hit her car and the wife agreed I was miles off it. Also....now call me pedantic but.......what was once a blue Peugot has now miraculously turned into a white Vauxhall Vectra! "See that love?.......it`s called a dash-cam and it will show exactly what didn`t happen so, you fat fu@king chancer..... fu@k off before I call the police!"

I`ll let you know the parts and the cost mate no worries.

Don`t you just miss it? I`m thinking of fitting a set of drilled & grooved front disks. Will normal pads fit?

And the ar$holes which do that think they can park where they want. Disabled bay at Manchester royal infirmary. They were parked there when I arrived at 1.45 and were still there at 3.25 when I left. I had to park quarter of a mile away.

They are also not supposed to act like a bunch of little Hitlers but they do!........Coppers.......I would`nt **** on one if it was on fire! That`s how low they now are, no longer the friendly bobby....more like a Robocop come thug.

The 1st ones were truely awful looking with that stupid pseudo Alfa grill but I saw one in Corfu the other week, a 2008 model and it looked superb.
