  1. Brand new in box, decided to go for coilovers but to late to return. Prefere pickup as fairly large box. Paid 150+ P&P looking for 130. Ordered for a hawkeye but listed for 03-07 £130 Collection from ts23 area (teesside) can do posted for £135 "The Tein S Tech spring kit provides around a 35mm drop on the Impreza and 30mm STI 04 onwards for a much more aggresive appearance as well as increased road holding capabilities. Designed to be used with OEM or replacement shocks, each application is road tested in the UK for a correct balance between performance and comfort. The springs are made from Vanadium which is durable and very lightweight. Increase performance is attained by a variable spring rate and coil design. Your Impreza will benefit from Increased control, more stability and reduced body roll during cornering."
  2. Might go down the coilover route, I get impatient and there is no eta on stock. So will have to sell my springs as too late to return them
  3. No worries mate cheers, they out of stock anyway so gonna have to wait a little longer
  4. Yeah excel g and ultra Sr which are better for lowering. I just mean the hawkeye are inverted type from what I have read, and kyb didn't used to list them in the catalogue until recently. But now lists them as compatible for all. But I think they are not inverted but still fit from reading on other forums. Just wanted to check with someone that had already fit them
  5. Yeh can go on the kyb catalogue and enter vin to search and they come up on there so think it's ok
  6. i think its right anyway, going to put em on with lowering springs so wont be ordering till the end of the week. unless someone says otherwise.
  7. Has anyone fitted and can confirm the part numbers? camskill are useless even tho they are listed on the kyb website as being compatible by my chassis number and number plate they wont say they are, they claim there is 57 variations on the kyb catalogue it lists them as 324030 324031 324032 324033 I believe I need the new bump stops for the rears that they list in the catalogue from what I have read on forums so far
  8. thought i recognised that car from scoobynet :)
  9. nothing on teesside, I could see the lightning in the distance but too far away to even hear the thunder around midnight last night
  10. fit the boost gauge last night and made it shiny again today
  11. ordered a piller pod, boost guage and tein s tech lowering springs this morning. will post pics once fitted :)
  12. just use a vpn free or otherwise http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/test-centre/internet/best-free-vpn-services-of-2015-in-uk-3497781/ i use private internet access but it costs just under £5 a month
  13. They are good for dust and a quick shine I wouldn't personally try on a filthy car but they are suppose to work... found them really good on Windows tho
  14. my banana's always seem to go brown in a week. must of been wrapped well :)
  15. been playing a bit more, ordered brake discs & Pads from godspeed and some HEL Braided hoses from scoobyworx. along with oil, gearbox oil, coolant and brake fluid. ended up with some race dot 4 fluid as they had no 5.1 in stock at scoobyworx. got around to fitting the dics a few days ago the callipers defo need a repaint, the old discs were still the originals and were a real pia to get off then decided Id have a play with some vinyl inside, my firsts attempts I used a hair dryer and the result wasnt great. So I picked up a heatgun and tried again. the pics the colour looks much lighter than it does in real life still have the oils to change when I get chance although its only done 3k miles since last service. but I will let the garage mess around with fitting the hoses and brake fluid and coolant. and will probably get some lowering springs so he can do it all at the same time
  16. I have just put some grooved Godspeed discs and Kevlar pads on was 252 for all 4, also have HEL braided lines that cost 80 And new fluid but Will leave that part for a garage never messed with fluid before. The Discs were the originals and a pia to get off
  17. andy carr is in lancashire at TEG Sport, thats who I used. cost was £300
  18. my hawkeye is on a td04 and running 287bhp, when andy carr mapped it he said he normally gets higher bhp from the 2.0 than the 2.5
  19. Radio Whether at home, or on the move, our radio stations provide comprehensive live traffic and travel bulletins day and night, updated regularly and covering the incidents likely to affect your journey. The BBC Travel is an interactive experience and most radio bulletins will include a 'Jamline' telephone number which can be used to speak to the traffic and travel editor responsible for your area. Tell us, and we'll tell everybody else. By using the 'Traffic' function on your RDS-enabled radio receiver (often marked 'TA', 'TI', 'TP' or 'Traffic') you will be switched to traffic and travel updates from your BBC Local Radio station, even if tuned to another BBC radio network. Listeners to BBC Local Radio on DAB digital radio, can get additional text information about traffic and travel incidents in their local area, along with the latest news, sport and weather. http://www.bbc.co.uk/travel/about
  20. Ti is normally for traffic information. If you put it on it will switch to traffic broadcasts when they come up
  21. I have the appradio 3 in mine, lots of features but in the end all I do is listen to music on it :) car pc is cool tho
  22. im with greenlight, £520 fully comp, mods covered. add extra mods at anytime all I do is send him a PM on another forum. no admin fee to add mods/change car. 6k a year and valued at 6.5k and im 30 5 yrs no claims, 13 years held. (up for renewal end of july) used sky before but not again after they sent renewal and it had rocketed then I got a quote from flux which came in with the same insurer as sky but loads cheaper. told sky and they offered to price match but went with flux as they should of done that first time. but greenlight has been the only company that has sent me the best price through with renewal that I couldnt find cheaper elsewhere. been with them a few years now. so id recommend them straight away. were really quick with dealing with a non fault accident on my last car also. but so many other factors in insurance, whats good for one person in one location could be bad for another elsewhere
  23. been here since 5am and will be until 5pm :( cant complain all i do is watch stuff on my laptop or play games
