  1. Sweet. Somesone done it for you.
  2. Looks tidy. Have you got a shopping list of parts yet? [emoji2] [emoji12]
  3. Welcome to the club. Chuck up a few pics for us to peruse [emoji4]
  4. I'm not sure what the internal diameter size for your car would be. That's the important bit. But yeah that's what you should have or will need.
  5. How are you finding it?
  6. Not a bad result. Good shout doing the clutch at same time.
  7. Did the garage who sold it cover any cost? I just had an oil service done.
  8. You need the pipe that joins from the manifold to the centre section of exhaust?
  9. No problem with emmisions testing then
  10. Do you know your mot tester?
  11. Being a non turbo they rely on back pressure to help make the torque up. I learnt the hard way when I had a low pressure system fitted to my old 1800 punto. Torque dropped below standard.
  12. It could be. Try to get everything back to standard and start again.
  13. That's what we are all here for [emoji4] let me know how you get on and give us a shout if anything else pops up.
  14. Ah got ya. Quite a large pipe then. Just refer back to that pic showing the bracket of sensors. The top sensor is the only one that takes a manifold vac pipe.
  15. Just read back over the thread if that pipe goes from manifold to bottom of boost solenoid it's in the wrong place. From the manifold it wants to go in the sensor above the solenoid. The bottom of the solenoid wants to go into the intake pipe pre-turbo
  16. Pop on eBay and get some next day delivery vac lines. Always good to have plenty spare. Did we get to the bottom of your original issue? I've got a bit lost.
  17. 19 psi is 1.3 bar. Sounds about right for a remap to make 285. 10psi is 0.7 bar. Standard boost. You not had a chance to drive it with the pipes in the right way round?
  18. The only pipe the runs from the manifold to these block of sensors goes to that top one.
  19. Could get overboost and the effects of fuel cut. Could cause hesitation. I have a picture of the set up looking at the boost solenoid. Just borrowed it from Google.
  20. It tells the actuator when to kick in and relieve some pressure from the turbo and let it go out through the waste gate.
  21. Stick with it
  22. Wow. That's the problem picking up someone's project. It's a good learning curve and a no ding process for you and the car. I was lucky to have fully standard so everything I've done I know where it is and what it goes too.
  23. Does sound like you're having fun to be fair. Any chance you have a pic of the sensor the end is plugged in to?
  24. Do you have a 3 or 2 port solenoid? Is the smaller one a pipe or cable?
