Bagged Scooby! :)
joel12900 commented on joel12900's gallery image in Subaru Owners Gallery - Albums
If you've got the money, do it! =D Though mine is on finance over 1 year and its 0% interest, which is the thing that egged me on to do it haha ;). Its costing me £2850 for the kit and then it was £500 fitting. But obviously the fitting cost depends on where you take it to be done (Y) Ive got the new 3P system. Only cause i wanted the Bluetooth control =D ( though now the app is out for Android, my phone aint compatible with it :( ) I was ganna get the V2 system but Bluetooth control though ;) -

I do need to get rid but i cant even afford that haha :( I had air ride put on the other month and thats on finance over 1 year ( Yes i know people dont like air on a Scooby but i like it ) Ive still got like 8 months left to pay -_- I am slowly trying to fix it up still.

The tester noticed i was part of SOC and said to ask on here. Cause I was thinking about maybe going back to the guy who welded it and seeing if he can do a little more, then take car to a different garage for its MOT and hopefully see if they pass it (Y) I literally cant really afford to buy another frame and fitting. I had a £850 repair in January, then i had to borrow money for my insurance for this year and welding to be done. And just bought a Cobra exhaust cause my exhaust now is blowing -_- Haha so its not really looking good.
-
My 2002 Bugeye failed its MOT the other week on 10 things -_- but ive got half of them sorted now. One thing i had to get done was welding on my front sub frame. I took the car back to the garage the other day to fix the rest of the stuff but they said they cant pass the MOT cause the sub frame was in a grey area as its still slightly rusting and they know its been welded :/ My question is, does anyone know if it will be easier or cheaper to get another front sub frame fitted or to get it welded more. Enough just to pass its MOT?? Thanks.

Any news yet on a SOC stand?? =D
-
Well, ill give it a go and see how it goes. Its only till next month till i get paid to replace the part (Y) I hope to god it passes cause i cant afford **** at the moment -_-
-
Quick question. My exhaust is blowing a little and i was wondering if i used exhaust wrap, would my car pass its MOT with it on??
-
By the looks and sounds of things, a SOC stand aint ganna happen this year either... :/
-
Yeah ive seen that one but its only for the Sunday i believe though :/ And dont think its a SOC stand.
-
I know its early but i was wondering how many people would be interested in a SOC club stand. As we didnt have one last year which was a shame cause it would be nice to be part of it. If you've not looked on the Nationals site then we need 5 cars minimum and for every 10th car on the stand we would get 1 free ticket! I've heard people are more interested in other shows but i hope we can make this one happen! =D http://www.modifiednationals.co.uk/club-info/4586639928

Might join ya Chris. Depends if SOC have a stand this year or the other club im in. If neither of them do then im game (Y) :) Ive already bought and printed my ticket! =D

Cool, thanks :) Thats helped a little. Ill have a look later at some different wheels but dont suppose anyone has an idea on what would look good on a lowered Bugeye?? :/ Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk

I was thinking about getting some new/ show alloys but i have no idea on where to start. For one, ive no idea about the off set. Im not even sure what off set mine are now that ive got on. If anyone can help with this, It'd be appreciated :) The wheels i have on now are the standard (i think) WRX wheels. If you can see them alright.

It will be a good night :) To who ever is going, i would recommend getting there before 8. Otherwise you wont be able to find a parking spot. Me and my mates are ganna get there for half 7 ish (Y) Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk

Hi, there is a car club called Cleanfreaks who are hosting their second massive meet in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. Last time i went it was great. Its a massive car park and it was full within like 3 hours. Literally 100's of cars turn up! Would be nice to see some other SOC members turn up to this one. I think Chris Deakin was the only other SOC member last time. Its on Saturday 19th September. Food and drinks will be available there. Any other info will be on here... https://www.facebook.com/events/1434623880200121/

Its funny cuase the other day i was at a car meet and someone sorted my audio out a bit so it doesnt distort as easily. So i cranked up the volume and when i was about to leave the meet, the car wouldnt start (n) haha. Wasnt even playing the music for that long either. Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk -

Might take the small batery idea up but only hook it up to my neons at meets (Y) Yeah, if i had enough money i would love to have a custon boot build and pods in the doors. Jay. Im not 100% sure what wattage they are :/ ive got IceLed UFO lights and a few other little bits of theirs. It might say on their site. It might just be in my head that they cause a slight drain though. Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk
