Right ive just done mine and had the pics so il pop them on I am in no way a mechanic im just sharing how i did it Tools needed Multi saw or hacksaw Wet and dry paper Matt black paint Large citroen van to build custom paint booth Right grill at the start Turn the grill over and there are 6 - 8 clips that just pull off allowing the mesh to come off then with your prefered cutting method remove the badge section If done close enough there will be some light sanding required to remove any excess one done it will look like this Now the underside wont look as good as there will be a gap but you cant see it so who cares Next you can use plastic filler if you want to remove the small lip at the back but i left it Then you need a citroen relay van to build a custom spray booth. This could possible be a shed garage greenhouse what ever u like 😉 lol Now one all the grill has been rubbed over with some 1500 wet and dry to give it a key you can prime and paint or as i did just paint strait away One dry refit the grill mesh and put back on the car to get it looking like this Easy job only takes a few hours

Also today i debadged my grill to give a meaner look and also after advice from other members removed the black strip from behind the reg plate to see the fmic more

I was looking for a turbo xs one.ive juat bought a cheap one from local motorfactor untill i pick the one i want and order it
So itll all be left to brand snobbery lol
The black plastic bit could be removed but the intercooler slopes in at the top so i thought it might look abit daft so i left it also i havent moved the i/c soray line it would be really easy but i cant see if bieng benificial as its head on with air now isnt it so abit of water wouldnt make much diffrence. 😊
Just needs replacing mate i used the one in the kit pic below It allows ic pipe past but you retant the original cap see pic below Also mate when you have cut all the back of the opening below the reg plate off the bumper if you use 2 screwdrivers in the bumper holes it makes it much easier to get the cut marked up wi must of had it on and off 30 times but the result looks factory if you look in the pic below you will see a red and yellow screwdriver holding the bumper on The masking tape is still on in the above pic we used that to draw our marks on then when finished sanded the back edge so it was neat and left no ruff edges obv dont sand the painted part just the back cut edge

Really good vans mate i had the older model before and it never ever went wrong.id never have any other van mate there galvonised bodys too so no rust unlike 2 year old tranny vans wi arches hanging off and scabbed lol
Theres loads of same vehicle diffrent badges for instance ive got a citroen relay van and the peugeot boxer and fiat ducato are rebadged versions
Its exactly the same car mate with diffrent badges
No worrys mate i did it from 9 till aboit 5.30ish with no instructions so with these pics ul smash it in those instructions i sent you are worthless mate they must be for the us spec car or something lol @Fastboy67

Ive just had (2 weeks ago)a 3" turbo back cobra exhaust and its awsome mate but ive just bought and fitted (today)a japspeed front mount intercooler kit and and it was a brilliant kit mate so im thumbs up for both
It does sound good but i want something more brutal if that makes sence
Ps ps lol The standard sti scoop cannot be reversed on newage ones as much as i wish it could :(
