Iv got a aftermarket dump valve on mine. Should I put a recirculating valve back on it? The dump valve was on it when I got it. What's best for my car

And when i do put my foot dawn it don't seem that fast. And when you get to 6000 revs I get I bit off a boost.

I don't think it's been mods and no maps. Well that's what the lads said who I got it off. Supreme unleaded.
