I've just got my login details for MetaSAT from the dealer, logged in and credited my account.

 

When I've then gone to the 'Re-activate service' link the page just says, in it's very 90s design style, 'Work in progress' with the old school road sign.

 

How do I get my tracker activated if this site is as bad as it looks!?

Try emailing this [email protected] don't know if still valid. Also have a pdf user manual I've found if any use to you ?

Thank you, I found a reference to contacting their after sales team so submitted a request through the Subaru site. If I don't hear anything, I'll try that email address.

Yes looks like same one, ah well let us know how you get on, seems to be a common problem with metasat

I noticed the 'Contract state' on the metasat site was 'Open' so after finding a UK 07 number I just checked the status via text and got a response so I assume that it's working correctly already.

I have a OBDII tracker that I can track through text message but i`ve been struggling to set it up to track on-line.

Any idea`s? I`m very tech-savvy. Give me a virus infected computer any day of the week and I can clean it with ease but when it comes down to setting up IP adresses and such i`m bored shitless!
