cdavidson0 Posted October 26, 2014 Share Posted October 26, 2014 Hi all, My 2003 2.0 has developed a strange noise. It is a sort of buzzing noise that seems to come from the steering column. It is intermittent, lasts for only a few seconds at a time then stops. Sound a bit like a relay of some type....? stants Posted October 27, 2014 Share Posted October 27, 2014 It could be anything as theres so much located in that area, my guess is something not earth properly. Is the parking light switch on top of the steering column working properly ? Maybe try squinting some contact cleaner on it and flicking on and off.
