ChrisD
Hello all, I currently have a standard exhaust apart from a ninja box on it. What can I do to make it loud and mean, still with good emissions? On a 2003 blob Thanks in advance :)
Scoobyghost
My exhaust is the same but I have a classic. I'm going to get a centre section that eliminates the centre resonating box so that should help make it a deeper louder rumble and release a couple more ponies. ChrisD
Thats what I was thinking, what would ineed for that? Is it likely to be 3 inch or 2.5?
Scoobyghost
I'm going for a 2.5 inch because I don't intend on putting a larger turbo on.
ChrisD
Is that the difference then? I.e. Will 2.5 fit standard unless I upgrade the rest to 3 inch
Scoobyghost
I'm not sure if they fit standard. But the centre section should bolt to the downpipe. I don't think it'll matter what size the actual pipe work is. If you have a look on Scooby world it should give you an idea of what parts you'll need. And I'm sure someone with a more extensive knowledge will be along to help.

stants
As long as the flages match at either end you'll be ok, some taper for the flange, so it will be 2.5 at the downpipe join then go to a 3" section. If you've got a 2.5" backbox just get a 2.5" straight through section it will join at the cat peffectly
Gaulson
As stated above, 2.5" is standard size
