I can't decide weather to or not put a bov on my wrx always liked the sound. But keep being told not to put one on my car cuz it makes the car run uneasy is this true?

Depends some cars run ok and others run poorly, new age cars suffer less. Maybe get one that can vent to atmosphere or be turned to recirculate if your having problems

Thnks do you have one on yours. I want to make it sound loud an should I get it mapped after having one fitted :)

No mate as I've got a v3 engine so my valve lives half way down the pipework from the intercooler instead of on the ic like newer ones.

The hks ones seem to be good and people put them on without mapping but they cost a bit.

Ideally a map when fitting it is the best option as it will be dumping air that the ecu expects to go back into the engine. Are you having any more mods done ? If so I'd get everything together install and map on same day

Yeah mate I want a cobb sf induction kit an a good exhaust system won't do nothing else after that. Just trying to make it look like a monster first. Can't believe the price of an sti spoiler /:(

There's a place in leeds called creative auto that sell high level copies with an led break light in for about 150 I think maybe worth a look

Sound that's well better than £275 + getting it painted an. Fitted .

As said above some cars don't like them at all and makes them run really bad, others will be fine both mine in the garage have them work with no problems. You will get some people that think it's chavy too. These people need to sell up and get Jaguar Xtype in my opinion as there not car enthusiasts just moaning old men :D

I'd love one I keep looking for 2nd hand ones around the £250 I don't mind paying that but new as much as I like them is a bit too much for even me :(

But basically a black one if you can get it. did you want genuine as they seem to be about £300, non genuine seems to go a bit cheaper. Seen them be as low as £150

if I can get a black one then its a bonus. I dnt really wnt to pay more then about £250. I was looking at the carbon fiber ones but I cant make my mind if they look crap?

I think with your car or silver looks good imho. But I'm pretty sure one of us can get you one with in that price :)

Japshow or japfest ? 

Japshow is Santa Pod and Japfest is Castle Combes. Then later in the year I'll post Japfest 2 which is Donington park. but in all honesty Castle Combs is a brilliant event. Top Gear was there last year. unfortunately I didn't make it but Boot's and a few others made the stand.    

I think I might do donington bit closer to me lol. Never been to one what u actually do?
