This looks promising, based on the wrx. It will be interesting to see what engines we get if it is uk bound, hopefully we will get the 2 litre turbo direct injection motor that's in the US wrx

I cat find any decent articles from a uk source like autocar etc. I found one that says the UK is only getting a new 1.6 turbo engine. Japan is getting a 2 litre 295bhp model named the gt-s though.

Yep its going to be a 1.6 turbo.  Figures have been mention of 177bhp but cvt gearbox only.  doubtful that we get the 2.0dit engine or the 2.0 diesel.  will be great if we do though.  Great alternative to leon/focus estate
