Lost keys, where can I go to get a set

Hello. I have lost, mis-laid or been stolen, my keys for my 1999 Impreza turbo. Any ideas where I can get a replacement set?

And any ideas what I should be paying. Dealership best place?

Unsure how to get a replacement set tbh but I've got a full set of locks and keys on a v3 uk turbo I'm breaking .

I'm in Suffolk and your welcome to have them if come and remove them .
