The bit next to the throttle? 

there is like a bit next to it for another wire and a bit it should connect to beside where the throttle pulls.

Pfff... who needs cruise control on a WRX or an STI? XD... the best cruise control is just a big orange brick on the accelerator... xD

I think cruise control was designed by the same lazy people who don't like driving who invented the automatic....
