Hi folks, will the exhaust and center section of a classic Impreza turbo fit a 05 blobeye wrx turbo?

they are similar, but have fitment issues. the back box alone can be made to fit, but needs a different exhaust hanger

 

I have just bought a 2nd hand exhaust for my blob wrx, the seller bought a newage fitment exhaust for his classic, but it won't fit correctly. so, would a classic exhaust fit a newage?????

Yea was thinking that mite be the case, seen a few on ebay with exhaust hangers been changed, not too big of a job for someone to do I guess

I read somewhere that a classic turbo back will fit a newage as it's the downpipes that are a different length, so new age cat backs have a shorter center section .

classics also have a extra hanger on the back box but yet again it's only what I've read ,not from personal experience as I've only ever owned classics
