Pretty sure the fronts will be fine but the rears won't fit. If you get the STI rear brakes from a 2008 they can be made to fit :)

Offset will be an issue opn the wheels as well.

You could chuck a set of D2's on it or a AP 4 pot kit for the ultimate, really depends on budget

I am going to be changing wheels at some point to some aftermarket wheels, probly rotas so offset could be sorted then.i was just thinkin i can get a set Brembo for front and back for like half the price of a big break kit for the front and they would all match as well.thought would look nice with brembos all round.

whats on the back end currently?

on scoobs front end does alot more braking than the back end so you dont have to do the rears as well.

Couldn't say if the was better same what I have on both blob and bug. Notorious for pistons seasing up. I've also on track days soon cooked my brakes which left me needing to slow down until they came back.

Plastic covers the way to go.

Yer breaks on my list as well.

I was looking at some k sports or something but as you say crazy expensive. When you want to do all 4.

I have been thinking about just doing the front. Be nice if I could find a set from an sti that just bolt on.
