I've just had my tracking done and now have a knocking noise coming from the front when accelerate. Any ideas what this could be?

It's when I get to about 3k revs and then continuous until I change gear and only when I accelerate quite hard.I tried on both a bumpy road and newly laid flat tarmac and does it on both

3K revs in any gear? So it's governed by engine speed rather than road speed?

If it's worse on full lock, it's CV joints. I'm not sure otherwise.
