Has anyone had any joy in replacing the O2 sensors on a higher mileage car?

By this I mean in respect to fuel economy... I know a lot will probably be running open loop from having being remapped but I'm sure there are still plenty on here with OEM cars and bad fuel economy..

Can anyone confirm how many the Newage use and if they are narrowband or wideband?
