Hi there, so I am soon to buy a Forester - got about 3-4 thousand pounds to spend. Hoping it will be a 2.5 turbo manual, but may have to get an auto if the wife insists! I've heard that the 2l is stronger than the 2.5? Anyway, what I really want to find is a list of the tech specs, 0-60 - top speed, mpg etc, parkers etc is inconclusive. Is there a good place to go for these stats? I would also really like to know the gearing- the rpm at 70mph etc. 

I hope those in the know can point me in the right direction, please? I am really impressed by what I have read and looking forward to Foresting!
