just got a 2006 blobeye wrx with 80,000miles. Don't know if it has had cam belt changed so I was wanting to get it done for peace of mind. Dose anyone know a good place to get it done in west Yorkshire, and any ideas what sort of price I can expect to pay. Any help would be very much appreciated.

If you don't want to travel there's always Richard Henry motorsport in Bradford or howard at hdc subaru in Hebden Bridge

is that 400 fitted

Yes mate, not sure about the other two but howard comes across as a good bloke on the phone,he used to prep group n cars at one point I think,

Been to Richard Henry but not actually used them, a couple of members have though,where abouts in West yorks are you ?

Also try scoobyclinic at Chesterfield.  Where ever you go may sure they check the pulleys and prob find it needs a tensioner (check the price cos alot of places don't include it so cheap price ends up alot higher. Should he warned when you get a quote anyway)
