Jhosk1981
Guys, should I be running super unleaded in my Impreza turbo or just standard unleaded?
martyc
Super, it's cheaper than replacing the Pistons Sent from the moon using telepathy
Scoobyghost
99ron would be better but any super unleaded will do.
scoobygirl
I use super unleaded in mine. And never the tesco stuff unless I really have to
Scoobyghost
What makes you avoid Tesco fuel? I always use their momentum. It's my closest petrol garage that supplies 99Ron fuel.
scoobygirl
I had issues on a previous car running their normal unleaded. It ran like crap another friend also had the same issue. Never used their momentum stuff to be honest, once bitten twice shy for me. I know thousands of people probably use it every day with issues, I most likely got unlucky. I'm lucky to live where I there are several garages to choose from nearby
Scoobyghost
I did hear about horror stories with people finding some kind of sediment from supermarket fuels. May be an additive. Never had issues with running on momentum but know where you're coming from.
Sandals
Yeh my car doesn't like momentum either... whenever I use it, sometimes takes a few seconds of cranking for it to start. Switch to V-power (my usual...) no issues
