Hi guys, recently just bought my 05 Sti and it looks like someone has had a go at modifying the headlights but not quite done the full job.

i really like the look of the Angel eye headlights. Like these https://www.energizedcustoms.co.uk/shop/subaru-impreza-2003-2005-black-angel-eyes-headlights-pair.html?gclid=CK-Ig5HL38wCFUKZGwodtAUIRQ

Has anyone got these? What the quality/brightness etc like.

thanks,

They look super cool. I've no experience of these but looking at the description I'd say they should give the same light as standard lights as the bulbs listed are the same as the originals. I dare say you could fit hid kit to make them brighter. Keep us posted if you go for them. 😎

Stay on bm's or McDonald's car park

sorry !

Helpful. Everyone has their own opinion. If everyone shared the same views and/or listened to people trying to put down their choices, we would all have very boring cars.

Thanks. The main reason I ask is that the lights on the Blob Sti i've just bought have not aged well. OEM lights i've seen for sale aren't much better condition than whats on the car already, and are around £150 each.
Brand new set of angel eye headlights are about £200.

You can refurb the glass if it helps

I have a set of those, and they are excellent. Highly recommended.

Had 2 sets of these lights.1st set was in a car i bought.1 of the halo rings use to flash on and off like a indicator.the seal along the top edge between light and bonnet are not great 1 light use to mist up all the time.2nd set i bought for my last car has it had hid conversion n i dont like them as beam just blind everyone so thought for 200 quid these was worth another try.well you get what you pay for.cheap poor quality but look good when in.the wiring for the halos and the 3 leds is not great i ended up hot gluein the wires to the rear of the light so they can not move.their is way 2 much wire and if not carfull easy to break connections on them.they give i would say better light then the oem lights though.but you will need to get yhem aligned.you can not put hids in them was talkin to a guy who tried and they just melted he told me.
