Wideband sensor reading 3V?

Hi was wondering if anyone has had this? Both sensors were reading fine, then thought as things were looking a bit dirty in engine bay, went to clean my airfilter, threw in some carb cleaner, disconnected some wire connectors including o2 sensors, gave them a spray and clean etc. Now the Wideband is reading 3V but acting normal, like 1.5V is constantly being added?

took some pics when engine off ignition on, just after starting when voltage starts to rise, while driving on throttle/off throttle etc

I am guessing the car is just ignoring the sensors now and CEL is on, doesn't appear to be running lean. Any help much much appreciated! :)
